Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! Throughout my life, people have come and gone, but the only thing that has remained constant is my mother, Renee. Originally from Caracas, Venezuela (Yes, I’ve been to Venezuela and the beaches are awesome), my mom came to the United States to finish school and ended up staying. I’m so grateful to have her in my life and for everything she’s taught me about love, culture, and respect. One of our favorite socialite activities to do with my sister, Caroline, is shopping, followed by a long lunch, followed by even more shopping. We also very much enjoy exotic travels.

So much time has gone by and so much has changed in our lives since then, but the unconditional love of a mother is timeless like the works of Coco Chanel. I love you Mom!
