Time to Send Christmas Cards!

When it comes to getting into the holiday spirit, there’s nothing better than sending or receiving a beautiful holiday greeting card. While Twitter and Instagram may be the perfect places to express yourself throughout the year, you should do something extra extraordinary over the holidays and send a good old fashioned card.

As print and physical mail start becoming a thing of the past, it’s rare and special to receive an actual piece of mail that isn’t a bill. Plus it’s super fun and retro to go to the post office.

So go ahead and show your friends and family some holiday love with a card that expresses your unique personality, your city or whatever else makes you merry. Any warm greeting whether it be Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, etc. is sure to make someone smile even if they don’t celebrate it themselves. Don’t get caught up in feeling the need to keep everything generic. Just say what you want to say. Most people don’t care and those who do don’t belong on your holiday list.

My Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving Socialites! Right now I’m so thankful that I finally have time to blog again after the crazy busy two weeks I’ve had. Ever since I was born, I’ve spent every Thanksgiving in New Hampshire with my Dad’s side of the family and this year was no different. Wednesday evening I left NYC on a bus headed for Boston to visit my wonderful family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Though I’ve spent my life constantly aspiring to something greater, I never forget to be grateful for all the blessings life has given me. I’m so thankful for my family, friends, followers, and fans. I feel lucky each day to have a life filled with good health and good company. I may aspire to fame and fortune, but when you have health and friends, you have everything. Many thanks to everyone who has read and supported this blog. Your make me feel more like a socialite everyday!

No turkey for me!  I’m a vegetarian and half my family is gluten-free.  Thankfully, we can all drink wine.

Love my cousins!  Though we’ve always lived far away, we’ve always been super close!
