Kipling Make Happy Launch with MisterWives

Kipling Make Happy

After declaring 2015 the year of happiness, Kipling celebrated with a party in New York City featuring pink champagne, flowers and a performance by MisterWives – the happiest band ever. Personally, anything that involves pink champagne makes me happy. So pink champagne garnished with pink rose petals made me even happier. Thank you Kipling for an amazing time!

Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden

Billy Joel Madison Square Garden

Last week, my boyfriend surprised me with tickets to see Billy Joel at Madison Square Garden. It goes without saying that the concert was absolutely amazing. I’d seen Billy Joel perform once before when I was a freshman at Syracuse University and he gave a concert at the Carrier Dome. But no matter how many times you’ve seen him live, the excitement never ceases to engulf the room when he gets behind the piano and starts belting out his biggest hits.

From the moment I started hearing his top 40 hits on the radio as a kid, I’ve loved Billy Joel’s music. But now that I’m a New Yorker, his songs truly speak to me.

Making Unforgettable Skype Moments at Queens of the Stone Age

Queens of the Stone Age2

Over the weekend, Skype Moments hooked me up with a rocking set of tickets to the Queens of the Stone Age concert at Barclays Center. After seeing the show, Queens of the Stone Age has officially become one of my favorite groups of all time. Their acoustics alone were incredible. Trust me when I say that no one out there today can work a guitar like these guys can. The energy on the stage and throughout the arena, was also top notch. Many thanks to Skype for this once in a lifetime concert experience!

MySpace AMP’d Up Concert at the Best Buy Theater

Sorry socialites, but I have been a bit behind on my blogging. Things have been so busy and here is why. Monday night I attended the MySpace AMP’d Up Concert at the Best Buy Theater in Times Square in honor of the first night of Advertising Week here in New York. If the open bar wasn’t enough, Far East Movement, B.o.B., and Natasha Bedingfield performed. I was especially impressed with Natasha Bedingfield’s performance as she belted out notes on stage. It’s ironic that nowadays we are impressed when artists actually sing in concert. When you think about it, that really should be a given.

Props to Ms. Bedingfield for putting on an amazing live performance. I got some amazing shots and video of her singing “Sending Out an S.O.S.” Lately, I have found myself saying S.O.S. to the world due to my busy schedule.  You’re only young in New York City once and I’m out to experience everything I have the opportunity to experience. Even if it means staying out till the early morning hours. Hope you enjoy this exclusive clip. I believe in approaching the world boldly. So I love how bold this performance is.
