Therefore, online shopping is an absolute must and this year, I’ll be shopping this season’s must-have holiday items on InStyle.com. The InStyle Holiday Boutique is a limited time, exclusive pop-up gift shop living on InStyle.com from November 11th to December 27th of 2013. It features holiday gifts from over 30 fashion-forward brands and carries everything from designer fashion to accessories, beauty, and contemporary fashion making it perfect for treating both your loved ones and yourself this Holiday Season. I’ve always wanted to be able to shop the outfits and accessories directly from the pages of InStyle and now I actually can just in time for the holidays!

After browsing through the InStyle Holiday Boutique, one of my favorite features (besides seeing the editors’ picks) was the Love List where you can save all your favorite items the way you did when you made Christmas lists for Santa as a kid. Here are five of my fav finds from my love list found in the InStyle Accessories section. Accessories always make excellent holiday gifts and you shouldn’t miss the chance to start off the new year with a few new accessories of your own.

Exploring Neons for Fall at T.J.Maxx and Marshalls

Summer trends are staying bright this fall. When T.J.Maxx and Marshalls sent out fashion blogger, Karen Blanchard, of Where Did U Get That to capture the #1 trend taking over the city, she found that showstopping neon shades will be sticking around in full force this fall.  To celebrate neon for fall, T.J.Maxx and Marshalls sent me out to discover fabulous fall neons in their stores.  Here’s what I found:

Love these neon on black Vivienne Tam cardigans.  Neons always go best with dark colors, especially black and navy blue.  These are perfect to layer for fall.

Obsessed with these dark skinny Hudson Jeans taking on the neon trend with bright orange stripes down the sides.  They’d go great with flats or pumps.

Layer your fall neons with cardigans or blazers to make them pop.

Yellow isn’t just for summer.  As the leaves change color, use neon yellow accessories to brighten up your fall wardrobe.

Disclaimer: I was given two T.J. Maxx and Marshalls gift cards.

Black & Blue

I’ve always loved the combination of black and blue.  So I decided to put together an outfit based on my blog’s unique design.  Like all great outfits nowadays, this look is a great mixture of high and low designers.  I know I should really be modeling these outfits like the rest of the fashion blogger community, but in light of cash flow issues keeping me away from these breathtaking cobalt blue Jimmy Choo pumps, I’ll have to settle for the next best thing.  As a socialite on a budget, putting together outfits and pinning wanted items on Pinterest is very therapeutic for me.  I get almost as much satisfaction from pinning the stuff that I want as I do actually making purchases.  Here’s how to get this glam black and blue look:

1.  MARC Faceted Round Blue Ring: Silver jewelry goes perfectly with this look.  I wouldn’t even try to wear gold with this color scheme.  This cocktail ring is bound to sparkle.

2.  Holy Harlot Cobalt Rex Earrings: These unique featherlike earring were pretty much made to be worn with this outfit.

3.  Jimmy Choo Cosmic Suede Pump: Obsessed with these!!  I would also put these with a little black dress for the cobalt blue to really pop.  These Jimmy Choos are by far my favorite aspect of this look.

4.  Dorothy Perkins Black/Cobalt Slash Neck Dress: Lately, I’ve become a huge of of Dorothy Perkins’ affordable dress designs.

5.  Rimmel London HD Union Jack Eyeshadow: As a blue-eyed girl, I’m a huge fan of the smokey eye.  For those on a budget or who have spent too much on Jimmy Choos, Rimmel makes great moderately-price makeup.

6.  Rebecca Minkoff Romeo Satchel: Since so many of the accessories in this look are loud and colorful, I chose to go with a simple black bag.
